What to include for faster resolution
Technical support tickets get resolved faster when they include:
- WordPress version — from Dashboard → Updates
- Field Forge version — from Plugins → Installed Plugins
- PHP version — from Tools → Site Health → Info → Server
- Active theme — so we can test against the same theme
- Other active plugins — in case there’s a conflict
- Specific field group ID or name — so we can examine the exact structure
- Screen recording — for UI bugs, a short video is worth a thousand words
- Error messages — exact text, copied not paraphrased
We never need your WordPress admin password. We never need database access. If we need to reproduce something that requires specific data, we’ll set it up on our own staging environment.
Response times
- Paid plan (Personal / Professional / Agency) — Within 1 business day, Monday–Friday
- Free version users — Best effort, usually within 2–3 business days
- Critical bugs on a paid site — Same day when possible
- Pre-sales questions — Same day
- Migration help (paid plans) — Priority same-day during migration
Business days are Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm UTC+5 (our team is based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan). Tickets submitted on weekends are answered first thing Monday.

Bugs reported with clear reproduction steps usually get fixed within a release cycle (2–3 weeks).
